Food is good, Mongolian BBQ is great. Value is amazing. Definitely recommend.
Flaming Buffet Fullerton
About this place
Flaming Buffet Fullerton anchors a corner of Fullerton with the kind of hospitality Platefolk looks for: a family-friendly room, an easygoing pace, and a room that does not try too hard.
The menu keeps attention on what the kitchen actually cooks well: pizza, sushi, and bbq. The fryer and grill do honest work with seafood when it is in season. Portions and pacing favor a real meal, not a tasting-room sprint.
Bring friends who like unhurried meals, or come solo with a book and a long drink. Weeknights usually run quieter than weekends. The listing address is 104 W Orangethorpe Ave, Fullerton, CA 92832.
Put simply: Flaming Buffet Fullerton is a Fullerton place we would send a friend to - especially if they care about pizza done with care.
Before you visit, skim recent neighbor notes on the listing and confirm hours on the door. Platefolk keeps this page as a field guide, not a frozen brochure - the best proof is still sitting down for a meal.
What we value here is consistency: a kitchen that repeats its strengths, a room that does not treat guests like tickets, and a Flaming Buffet Fullerton visit that still feels worth the trip across town. Bring curiosity, order something the staff recommends, and leave a short note afterward so the next diner arrives wiser.

Great place. Good selection of food. Lots of seafood and sushi, different types of meat, pizza (delicious) fruit, vegetables, delicious desserts. No one will remain hungry. Very friendly, nice staff.
Nice selection, well prepared and tasty--- staff was very nice. However, everything except the soups were luke warm to cool. Food must be kept hot before returning in the future.🫣Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5
This place is good. We paid $22 for an adult and $15 for a child. They have take out that is charged by the pound. The Mongolian bbq has a wide variety including rib eye steak to be used. They have American style food like French Fries.Their salad bar has fresh fruit.Sushi was delicious. They had some I have never had before.
Service blah, Great Mongolian food. Crazy other options like chicken feet. Not a diverse menu of sushi rolls, very basic. Clean atmosphere and friendly welcome. Fair price.
This is such a great buffet. They offer a lot of seafood which is not what I eat, but they have a Mongolian and Hot Pot section. They have everything thing you would want for your tastes. They also offer american cuisine which is a great option for children. The staff is always friendly and they keep up on cleaning off your table. The cost is beyond reasonable considering what it costs to eat fast food alone. The before 3 pm price is less than $20 a person. They offer a senior price which gives you a discount as well. It is worth the time and price.
Decent buffet with a large selection at a very reasonable price. I especially liked the stir-fried vegetables, noodles with meats, and the seafood cooked on a large flat iron griddle (teppan), all made fresh while you wait. The steamed abalone was also very good. However, I was disappointed that they did not offer whole crab—only crab legs—even on the weekend. I mainly went there for the crab, so it was disappointing not to have that option on Saturday.
Wait is only a few mins if you go in between 2-3pm.Otherwise short wait, food is adequate and tasty for a buffet. Many options, Mongolian amd also hot pot for an extra $5.Service is adequate as well, they were attentive in all aspects of dish pick up and refill of drinks.Weekend prices are just perfect, not expensive and not cheap, you do get duck, crabs legs, steak, oyster, crawfish, veggies, and all The hot pot essentials for your personal meal along with a sauce bar for flavoe enhancements to your soup, freash fruits and even a cup of ice cream included for this price.
Quality is noticably worse then last year for their "grand re-opening". The sushi tasted sour, meaning they used expired rice. Other then that the hot food option and their seafood is quite good for a buffet. Still a cheap nice place for lunch or dinner. Better then other buffet spot around the area.
Various seafood offered. Reasonably priced. Courteous staff. Definitely, we'll be coming back.
